Time Charter Services:

The Company owns multi-purpose vessels that operate for time charter service. With a worldwide trading area, time-charter routes are dependent on the conditions as stipulated by the charter party. Reliable direct brokers allow the company to be selective when choosing customers. Overall, these services tend to have less exposure to bunker and cargo risk and derive steady income.
The Time CharterService review for2013 saw the need to cope with the continuing global economic recession and increasing oil prices, the Company places all its 5 vessels for time charter service:

MV Nordana Malee, MV Nordana Andrea, MV Nordana Sophie and MV Fredenborg are chartered out for trading worldwide (Asia-Trans Pacific-Atlantic-Asia route, via Suez Canal and Panama Canal).MV Jutha Dhammaraksa and MV Jutha Patthama which arechartered out in short term semi-liner service and time charter service for trading in Intra-Asia route are now chartered out for a period of 6 months.

Ship Management Services:

Started at the end of year 2007, ship management services cover all areas of vessel operation and manning. The Company has wide resources of well-experienced personnel for these services, which is constantly expanding to cover larger vessels of different type such as ro/ro vessel for worldwide trading.
All vessels managed by the Company fit the following criteria:

Vessel Type: multipurpose vessel, roll-on roll-off vessel, heavy lift equipped vessel
Flag: Thai flag and Panama flag
Classification Society: Nippon KaijiKyokai Class-Japan, DNV GL Class – The Netherlands/Germany, and RINA Class-Italy

Semi-Liner Services:

These services are operated by several of the Company’s vessels for trading in Asia, especially between Thailand, South Korea, and Japan. Outbound cargo often includes agricultural products e.g. raw sugar, rice, tapioca and ore while inbound cargoes are steel product, project cargo and machinery.
